Costa Kyriazis
He is a Civil Engineer and has acquired a master’s degree in development and finance as well as a post-graduate diploma in business management. His experience has been diversified in several industries from Engineering and to Business Consulting, Insurance, Finance, and Marketing and over the past few years in the diamond and jewellery industry. Recently, he has focused on business development in the diamond industry specializing more in jewellery manufacturing. His objective is to establish a competent management and sales team to meet the needs anticipated at Anzi Gems in the foreseeable future. His goal is to take this boutique diamond brokerage company to a mainstream supplier that could supply gems stones and especially diamonds and custom jewellery throughout the Pacific North West.
Chris Papadopoulos
After completing a degree in English & Classical Greek in the US, Chris moved to Toronto where she currently holds the Office Director for Hercules Installers. Chris has also been an invaluable sales executive for Anzi Gems in the Toronto and surrounding areas providing a personal touch to clients interested in purchasing amazing and also customized jewellery pieces. From beautiful bridal rings and wedding sets to jewellery that clients dream about - Anzi Gems Inc. has made those dreams come true. She has served as the Canadian President for the “Daughters of Penelope” and has been a member since 1988.
Chris has also been a part of many other non-profit organizations where she organized many charity events which included Fashion shows, Art Exhibits, Auctions, Galas and special Dinners. As Chris has a natural affinity towards fashion and jewellery; her knowledge and experience provide her customers with quality service and impeccable direction providing a unique and enjoyable experience for all.

OUR HISTORY
Anzi Gems Inc founded in 1994 by Anna Zibarras, is a boutique brokerage house that supplies diamonds and other gemstones to clients across Canada as well as internationally. Over the past two decades, Anzi Gems Inc. has expanded its focus to provide not only the best diamonds the industry can supply but also at prices that our clients expect of us. We meticulously examine each and every diamond that is 0.25 ct in weight and bigger so that we can assure our clients that they will receive the diamonds that they requested. We ensure that our clients are well informed before they purchase any diamonds from us.
Conflict diamonds and diamonds obtained by illegal means have gained notoriety over the past decade and this has been and will continue to be addressed with our clients. During the 1990’s the world market sustained a noticeable influx of conflict diamonds. The World Diamond Congress addressed these issues in 2000 where steps were taken to eradicate the sale of conflict diamonds. 69 countries adopted the Kimberly Process and any person, company or distributor caught selling conflict diamonds face immediate expulsion from the industry without reprieve.
We, at Anzi Gems, also stand behind the Kimberly Process and to this end, over the past two decades, we have partnered up with some of the largest suppliers in North America who like us, stand, very seriously behind the Kimberly Process and support whatever the Diamond Congress can do to eradicate the world market of conflict diamonds.
When you buy diamonds from Anzi Gems Inc., you can buy with confidence. We do not tolerate undisclosed synthetic diamonds in our inventory. We screen all diamonds from .20+ carats for synthetics and require all our loose diamond and diamond set jewellery suppliers to warrant that they are not supplying us with synthetics. For additional security, we further stipulate that our vendors screen all diamonds from .20+carats for synthetics. In 2014 when the technology is available, we will screen all diamonds 1.4mm+ for synthetics.
No Conflict Diamonds
We are committed to selling diamonds ethically and with integrity, giving you confidence in the diamonds you purchase. We believe it is completely unacceptable to tolerate conflict diamonds and/or human suffering in any way and we fully support the Kimberley process. Anzi Gems Inc. offers this commitment to you. In turn, it can act as your commitment to your customers.
All rough and polished diamonds sold by Anzi Gems Inc. comply with the Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process ensures that rough diamonds are:
- Exported and imported with a government validated Kimberly Process certificate stating the diamonds are conflict-free.
- Transported between signatory countries in a sealed and tamper-proof container.
- Sold with a statement from the seller (known as a warranty) on all invoices guaranteeing that the diamonds being sold are conflict-free.
